<p><strong>Please try to come on time</strong>&nbsp;so we can start services strong with a double minyan,* especially for anyone saying kaddish.</p>



<p>*<em>As a diverse and inclusive Jewish community, Makom has mens&#8217;, womens&#8217;, and all-genders&#8217; seating sections. Female, male, and gender non-binary Jews can lead parts of services, read and be called up to the Torah, and count in our double minyanim of both 10 Jewish men and 10 Jews regardless of gender. Makom services follow the traditional Ashkenazi liturgy (prayer text).</em></p>

<p>See if you can mix, knead, roll and bake in 18 minutes or less! (Matzah won&#8217;t be kosher for Passover but it&#8217;s still a wonderful way to prepare for Pesah).</p>

<p>Passover craft &amp; stories for the kiddos.</p>



<p><strong>Only $7/person if you register by Thursday night, March 26.</strong>&nbsp;($12/person after that.)</p>

<p>Join us for a joyful Tu Bishvat Family Connector celebrating nature, creativity, and growth. </p>



<p>In collaboration with the MNJCC, families with young children are invited to explore Tu Bishvat values through hands-on, nature-inspired arts and crafts, shared experiences, and playful learning. </p>



<p>Activities will encourage caring for the earth, noticing growth, and expressing gratitude, all in an age-appropriate and welcoming environment. Families will also enjoy Tu Bishvat snacks inspired by the Seven Species. </p>



<p>This relaxed, drop-in gathering offers a warm space to create together, connect with one another, and mark Tu Bishvat in a meaningful and joyful way.</p>

<p>IGNITE: Tikkun Leil Chanukah returns with light, joy and jolliness! Join the community for an intergenerational, songful candle-lighting and Horah, then break into a choose-your-own-adventure of arts-based workshops, performances and Chanukah study sessions. Enjoy a big, bold concert inspired by the season’s themes, curated by the Ashkenaz Festival. Come early or late, stay a little or stay the whole time! Limited hybrid options available.</p>



<p>The evening includes light kosher snacks</p>



<p>Doors open at 6:00 pm<br>The Kid’s Track is focused on children ages 5 to 12. Admission provides access to the inter-generational communal candle-lighting at 6:30 p.m. and to a shorter program for kids from 7-8 PM.&nbsp; Children can join their parents at 8:00 for the concert in the Mishkan.</p>
