Your membership contributions help us to provide Jewish spirituality, learning, and culture throughout the year.
As a Makom Member, you’ll receive:
- A seat at the September/October 2025 Rosh Hashanah & Yom Kippur services;
- Discounts on Shabbat dinners and lunches;
- Access to Rabbi Aaron for spiritual guidance, halakhic advice, and pastoral counseling;
- A voting voice in Makom’s decision making; and
- Deep satisfaction that you’re building your Jewish community.
Membership years run from September 1 to August 31.
Membership Rates
Makom accomplishes a huge amount on a tight budget, and we rely on your donations to make it all happen. To be sustainable, we need to raise an average of $1,200 per adult. We know that everyone’s financial situation is different, and so our suggested membership contributions are on a sliding scale based on your individual gross annual income.
Makom Membership is accessible to all, no matter your financial circumstances, and is fully tax deductible!
It’s a core Makom value that finances should never be an impediment to Jewish life, so if the suggested amount is not feasible for you, please pay what you can.
If you can afford to contribute more than the suggested membership rate, please increase your donation to help keep our community going strong.
